Lori Snyder is Co-Founder and Director of Diamond Jewelry at The Luxury Exchange, where she leads the diamond division and a team of trusted advisors serving clients nationwide.
Her background in sales leadership, entrepreneurship, and luxury kitchen design and renovation developed the keen eye for quality and detail she now brings to curating lab-grown diamond jewelry, from timeless diamond studs to custom engagement rings and statement pieces.
She believes luxury should be personal, approachable, and enjoyed every day, combining premium quality, exceptional value, and trusted guidance to create a diamond-buying experience that feels refreshingly different from traditional retail.

Amar Dave, Co-Founder and CEO of The Luxury Exchange, has been collecting watches for twenty-five years, marking milestones the way other people keep photographs. A piece for a promotion. An anniversary. A moment worth remembering.
The turning point came when he went to trade in pieces he no longer wore and learned what they were actually worth. No one had misled him. The markup is simply how luxury retail works. After three decades building and leading sales organizations, Amar knew a better model was possible: one where clients see real numbers, buy with confidence, and are treated like people rather than transactions.
Today he connects seasoned collectors and first-time buyers with pre-owned Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe timepieces, sourced through dealer channels most buyers never see. Whether it's a first automatic or the grail piece someone has been tracking for years, he starts in the same place Lori does: with what you're marking, not what you're spending.

Meet Eric Swartz — COO & Luxury Watch Curator
Eric started selling watches in 2020 and met Amar in 2021. They had both been on the other side of that counter, and they started selling watches because of the same question — why does buying something you love have to work like this? The answer was it didn't have to and they decided to build the experience they'd always wanted: real numbers, real access, and a relationship instead of a transaction. Hundreds of clients later, that's still the whole model.
As COO, Eric tracks what these watches actually trade for and what they are worth — not asking prices, but what they clear at every day in the dealer market. As Curator, he's the one sourcing them. So the pricing conversation tends to be short: he already knows the number and he'll tell you when a deal isn't one — including his own. The part he truly looks forward to is the conversation that follows: hearing what grail someone's chasing, then building toward it in the order they want, without paying dues for the privilege.
